Level 2 Heatwave Warning

This is to advise that as of today the SE region has been assigned a level 2 heatwave warning status. There is a 60 % probability of Heat-Health Alert criteria being met between 1500 on Friday 5th August and 0900 on Friday 12th August in parts of England. This means that temperatures are likely to rise to levels that increase the risk of ill health among vulnerable people.
